Throw Away Emails
Here’s a quick tip for when you need to provide an email to some web service or application, but aren’t sure about whether you want the deluge of junk that might come from a service you may not use again.
Use a throw-away email service! There are many to choose from; just search for temporary email:
But just to give you a flavour, I am going to show you how to use one example which seems to work well: temp-mail.org. Let’s start by opening that site in the browser:
You can see that I’ve already been given an email address to use. Copy that (fetiro1932@iwebtm.com) by clicking on the green circle and paste it into whichever app you are using.
Now, when you get any emails such as those confirm account type, you will see them in the section of the page below.
